About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and sales managers
  • Implement and maintain store visual standards, including window displays and in-store promotions
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and implement store strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury fashion brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
