Job Title: Solutions Architect

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our Business Applications team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE fits their environment, infrastructure, functional needs, and compliance requirements
  • Lead the architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing solutions, Power Platform, and Field Services
  • Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, end-users, and functional leads to ensure the architecture meets project needs, including integration with third-party systems
  • Provide guidance to Dynamics functional and technical teams on project design
  • Assist the Delivery Lead in planning and executing solution implementations
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) as a Technical Consultant or Architect, with a track record of successful implementations in complex customer service engagements
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, with experience in multiple versions (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)
  • Ability to collaborate with BAs, SMEs, and Dynamics 365 Functional Leads to design solutions aligned with client needs, including integration with third-party systems
  • Experience guiding Dynamics Developers and SMEs
  • Skilled in creating both high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design documentation
  • Expertise in data integration and migration, with experience in onsite/offshore delivery models and frameworks such as MVC and Entity Framework
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and experience with pre-sales demonstrations
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or later, with experience in SSRS and FetchXML custom reporting
  • Expertise in.NET Framework 4.5+ and WCF/Web API
  • Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL)
  • Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and Portal
  • Familiarity with Customer Insights
Education and Certifications:
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • TOGAF certification (preferred)
  • Agile methodology certification
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales - MB-210)
