Job Overview
Randstad Cpe London seeks a skilled Construction Manager to lead a rail project in London. This role involves supervising work quality, ensuring compliance with standards, and conducting staff surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure high-quality work and compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, asset renewals, and condition assessments to maintain technical excellence.
- Assist in staff management, competence review, and development to promote growth and excellence.
- Knowledge of resource planning, plant inspection, and asset maintenance is essential for this role.

Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 or 3 is ideal for this position.
- Experience in the Rail industry as a Construction Manager or Site Manager is highly valued.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
