About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Audi Sales Representative to join our team at Listers Audi Dealership in Solihull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify and follow up on leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to sale.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
