Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping key decisions from game design to marketing across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, distributing, and maintaining reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau and Excel;
  • Mining data and performing deep analysis across all game systems to identify pain-points in player engagement;
  • Providing actionable insights around game usage and performance to teams across the business;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver relevant analysis to support informed decision-making;
  • Partnering with the data and gameplay engineering team to implement and maintain reporting data flows;
  • Supporting the wider team in leveraging shared data resources in Tableau.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Tableau Desktop, including designing and implementing complex dashboards;
  • Advanced SQL skills, including querying large, complex datasets;
  • Prior experience with Alteryx Designer is beneficial, as well as familiarity with AWS/GCP environments and BigQuery/Redshift data sources;
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
