General Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our UK and Ireland business, driving profitable growth across multiple channels and developing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability

  • Manage the P&L for the business in the UK and Ireland

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and running an entrepreneurial business in the Spirits or Beer sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive profitable growth
  • Experience in developing brand equity and managing multiple channels
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams
  • Strong understanding of the Spirits/Beer sector and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
