Cowdray Estate is looking to recruit a skilled Greenkeeper Associate to join our existing team of professionals. The successful candidate will contribute to the maintenance and development of our exceptional downland course, practice facilities, and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining the golf course and its facilities to the highest standards.
- Assisting in the implementation of projects aimed at improving the course's presentation and condition.
- Providing support for various tasks related to the upkeep of the estate's grounds.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and progress their continuing professional development.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience, plus overtime pay, time off in lieu, holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme.
