Your primary focus will be on managing the Supercar Blondie schedule across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring maximum engagement and revenue metrics. You'll work closely with our team to plan and execute content schedules, manage captions and packaging, and analyze performance using platform-specific analytics tools.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. You'll be proficient in using real-time analytics and social sharing tools to inform content strategies, and have experience in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.

As a collaborative team player, you'll work closely with our Head of Content to ensure all deadlines are met and provide support for the team in London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and determine content schedules for Facebook, Instagram, multiple TikTok channels, and Snapchat
* Manage and approve captions and packaging of content prepared by Social Editors for various platforms
* Upload and manage YouTube feed videos, ensuring they align with content strategies
* Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions related to platform-specific content
* Review and provide feedback on social video edits, with a particular focus on Facebook content
* Collaborate with Video Editors to implement best practices for video creation, including the use of text within videos
* Utilize platform-specific analytics tools to monitor and analyze content performance
* Regularly update the social team on video performance metrics and insights
* Maintain a strong understanding of all social video platforms, staying informed on new features and updates
* Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, images with Adobe Photoshop, and design content using Canva as needed
* Collaborating closely with the Head of Content to ensure all deadlines are met and to provide support for the team in London

**Requirements:**

* A passion for entertainment with a strong interest in creating, promoting, and distributing shareable content across various social platforms
* Proven ability to craft engaging posts and live social coverage that resonate with audiences and encourage sharing
* Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, with an understanding of what makes content successful on each platform
* Experience in using real-time analytics and social sharing tools to inform content strategies
* Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
* Strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
* Comprehensive understanding of the social web, copyright issues, and relevant media laws
* Experience of leading and developing a small team
