Job Title: Full-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils with varying abilities and ages.
* Help with lesson planning, classroom management, and support students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Provide one-on-one or group support to pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Promote and maintain positive behaviour in accordance with school policies.
* Assist with assessment and progress monitoring.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Requirements:

* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in primary or secondary school settings.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or behavioural needs (desirable).
* A positive attitude and a passion for helping children succeed.
