Are you looking for a rewarding role in complex care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Crawley, supporting a young adult with complex health needs in their family home.

Meet the Client:

Our client is an 18-year-old young man who requires support with personal care, moving and handling, medication, and clinical equipment. He enjoys keeping busy and going out for walks, so you will need to be active and enjoy a varied role.

Working Hours:

  • Waking nights: 8pm-8am
  • Part-time or full-time available (18 hours up to 48 hours available)

What You'll Be Doing:

This role involves supporting our client with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and clinical equipment. You will receive full training and support from our Clinical Care Manager to ensure you feel confident and equipped to provide the best possible care.
