Assistant Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice Principal to join our team in a middle school leadership position. As a key member of our staff, you will assist in the operation of our schools to promote optimum student learning and foster an inclusive environment.
Your Key Accountabilities:- Support the development and implementation of school improvement plans
- Lead professional learning communities and mentor teachers
- Foster partnerships with local organizations and Indigenous communities
- Advise on curriculum design and instructional strategies
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs and characteristics of students at the middle school level. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively.
The salary range for this full-time position is $134,607 to $142,017 per annum. We offer a competitive benefits package and pension plan.
