About the Role

We are currently seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and tender submissions, obtaining suitable material prices and hired plant rates, and maintaining good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates and tender submissions in line with tender enquiries and company procedures
  • Obtain and agree suitable material prices and hired plant rates for inclusion within tenders
  • Liaise with clients and the contracts department to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain good relationships with all parties and disseminate necessary information promptly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quantity surveying and estimating from first principles. You will also need to be an effective team player and communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
