SourceCo: Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist at SourceCo involves configuring and testing desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs. The successful candidate will have knowledge of computer assembly, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Android/iOS mobile Operating Systems.

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00 (2000-0600 hours)
Estimated Salary: £13.74 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configuration and Testing: Configure desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
  2. Asset Tagging and Recording: Record customer-specific data for asset tagging purposes.
  3. Fault Finding: Test and identify faults in PC systems.
  4. Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  5. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals, promoting efficient team performance and assisting others as needed.
  6. Training: Train other staff members to ensure quality standards are maintained.
