Job Title: Master Body Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient automotive refinisher to repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

This role involves working efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre, following correct repair techniques, and producing work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).

In addition, they will possess previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop, be a strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours, and work to the highest standard, demonstrating sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £35,000 per annum and the opportunity to earn up to £60,000 per annum through overtime.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, and the location is Watford.
