Primary Teacher Position

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our client schools in North Shields, Newcastle. As an Early Career Teacher, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching practice while being supported by experienced educators and school leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, adapting your teaching to meet the needs of all students.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other staff to meet the needs of pupils with SEND or other additional needs.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour management in the classroom, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS.
- Successful completion of your teacher training and readiness to embark on your ECT induction.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
