Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Hot End Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and energy requirements, as well as developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with and promote all health, safety, environmental, and energy requirements for the job, site, and company.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training within your area of responsibility.
  • Be competent with the Continuous Improvement (CI) framework and drive the application of CI tools, techniques, and ways of working.
  • Create detailed Work Instructions and Risk Assessments for all Hot End related tasks and activities.
  • Support the plant teams with expert process knowledge and technical skills to ensure the plant is operated efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within a continuous production process.
  • Experience of holding a supervisory role.
  • Be data-driven and results-focused.
  • Knowledge of CI frameworks and tools.
  • Computer literate.
