Nursery Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and caring for the children
• Possess vital safeguarding experience and knowledge
• Create stimulating activities for the children under your care
• Understand and apply the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Show dedication to providing top-quality education and support for children's growth and development
• Approach teaching and learning with enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation
• Adapt to support a diverse range of children across various nursery rooms

• Genuine passion for working with children
• Sensitivity and patience
• Childcare experience
• CACHE Level 2/3
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship not available for this role)
