Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a Commercial office fit-out project from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing mechanical projects
  • Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is desirable
