About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our thriving spare parts, OEM replacement parts, and aftermarket technical services division. As a strategic thinker with a passion for achieving results and expanding market presence, you will spearhead strategy and lead teams to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the aftermarket sector.
• Lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results in sales, management, and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and expand new markets.
• Balance high-level strategic planning with top-tier daily business operations to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, management, and leadership within the aftermarket sector.
• Extensive knowledge of aftermarket distribution and value-added services, including replacement spare parts and aftermarket service.
• Passion for delivering first-class operational results and driving business growth.
• Ability to think strategically while excelling in day-to-day business functions.
