Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Ensure the highest standards of childcare are maintained across our settings, working closely with Nursery Managers to achieve this goal.
  • Quality and Compliance: Develop and maintain our settings to ensure we remain 'Outstanding', adhering to the EYFS and ensuring all necessary legislation is complied with.
  • Talent Development: Support the management team in developing Nursery Managers to reach their full potential, ensuring a successful talent pathway for existing staff and new recruits.
  • Business Growth: Work with the management team to achieve FTE targets and ensure nurseries are supported in marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Senior level experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements.
  • Experience in managing budgets and awareness of commercial profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience working with children and families.
  • Experience in managing with excellent leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding, recruitment, and employment practices.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel.
