The post holder is required to work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, focusing on adults with a wide range of mental health problems. The post holder will hold a caseload, being responsible for assessing patients' needs, planning, and implementing the plan of care.

The post holder will provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior members of staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

As a Mental Health Practitioner with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging role, making a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.
