About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Assistant to join our team at SPAR Stakesby. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and produce a range of ready-made and made-to-order food products, including cream cakes, pies, and sandwiches.
  • Ensure all products are readily available for customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Adhere to food safety requirements, including allergen management, labeling, and audits.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
