About the Company:
Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is supporting a leading food processor in their expansion journey, aiming for record production levels. To achieve this growth, they are seeking additional shift engineers to work on a 5on/5off days and nights rotation.

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the food sector or a mechanical/electrical bias, as they will be responsible for ensuring routine maintenance supports an upturn in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The role involves carrying out maintenance activities to ensure 100% compliance with the production plan by minimizing engineering downtime. Additional responsibilities include performing engineering work safely and efficiently, supporting the implementation of a proactive and preventative maintenance strategy, and contributing to the improvement of plant performance through continuous techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to maintain OEE levels.
• Perform maintenance activities to ensure the manufacturing team achieves 100% compliance with the production plan.
• Execute engineering work to good standard, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Engage fully in the development and implementation of the engineering maintenance strategy to move from reactive breakdowns to proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Contribute to improving plant performance and efficiency through continuous improvement techniques.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment and keep tools in good serviceable condition.
• Complete job reports/tickets each shift.
