What Will You Do?

Operational

Develop and maintain exposure-based pricing models. Segment books of business to identify profitable versus unprofitable risks. Work with underwriters to build their confidence in pricing models and risk assessment. Use statistical software such as R and Python to manipulate and analyze claims data. Develop and implement business planning strategies to improve profitability. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Strategy

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve pricing and reduce risk. Collaborate with senior leaders to assess, prioritize, and influence strategic initiative options. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Talent

Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance the skills and abilities of team members. Mentor and coach less experienced team members to ensure their growth and development. Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee development programs.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

University degree in a STEM-related field. Programming skills in R/Python or similar. Experience in the London Market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What is a Must Have?

Bachelor's Degree required. Solid experience performing quantitative analysis required.
