Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on high-speed automated manufacturing machinery, including Krones equipment.
  • Process Control and Automation: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated process control systems, including PLC programming and servo motor control.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve equipment defects or symptoms of impending failure.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Electrical and Mechanical Qualifications: City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Automated Process Control Experience: Proven experience with PLC programming, servo motor control, and ASi systems.
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry, preferably food and beverage.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
