With a diverse team of 25 professionals, including trainees, the firm offers a full range of accounting, tax, and audit services to a variety of clients, from individuals and sole traders to small businesses and larger entities.

Salary and Benefits

As an Audit Manager, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The salary is estimated based on the role's requirements and the UK market.



Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and becoming their primary point of contact
  • Leading and managing audit assignments to completion, including managing people, delivery, budgets, billing recovery, and client engagement and satisfaction
  • Developing and applying your technical and commercial knowledge to provide expert advice and exceed client expectations
  • Responding to ad hoc client queries
  • Providing support on tenders, proposals, and other business development activities to promote the firm and develop your profile externally
  • Contributing to the management of the audit team, audit procedures, and the whole compliance team
  • Line managing a small number of more junior team members
  • Considering technical audit and accounting developments and providing training to ensure the team is updated


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • ACA or ACCA full qualification with significant post-qualified experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
  • In-depth knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literacy with a good working knowledge of audit and accountancy software
