Are you eager to launch your career in broadcast production? Our Production Apprenticeship is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with experienced production teams, develop a wide range of skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

As a Production Apprentice, you will work on live projects, assisting in the development of ideas and stories, helping with research, and creating engaging content for social media. You will also have access to comprehensive training through the BBC Academy and our learning providers, including a dedicated Team Manager and Scheme Specialist who will support your development throughout the apprenticeship.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £21,840 and a 35-hour working week. To be eligible for this scheme, you must meet our eligibility criteria, which include being aged 18 or over, having lived in the UK or EEA for at least 3 years, and being eligible to work in the UK full-time.
