Role Overview

The Contract Support Officer will provide a vital support function to the Contract Manager in coordinating and facilitating the activities of the Work and Health programme. This will involve effective liaison with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the programme meets its contract objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and support to the Contract Manager in delivering the Work and Health programme.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Support the Contract Manager in meeting programme objectives.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of marketing platforms such as Canva.
  • Level 3 relevant qualification.
  • Project management experience desirable.

Programme Background

The Work and Health Programme is a comprehensive initiative funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and managed by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. It aims to support workless households and individuals facing barriers to progression.
