As a Senior Account Manager at Albion Rye Associates, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to deliver successful project outcomes for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing tactics and the ability to lead a team of Account Managers and account executives through projects.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Manage a team of Account Managers and account executives through projects, providing day-to-day line management and guidance
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings and ensuring client briefs are met
* Review and approve content before sending it to clients
* Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with client needs and objectives

Requirements
------------

* 4-5 years of experience working in an integrated B2B marketing agency
* Proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering projects
* Experience working with global clients, particularly in Europe and the US
* Strong understanding of marketing tactics, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, media relations, and account-based marketing
* Healthcare/scientific background required
