About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, including issuing invoices, processing customer payments, and dealing with customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of credit control, including issuing invoices and processing customer payments
- Deal with customer queries and resolve any issues promptly
- Liaise with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent in English language and Maths
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Prior experience in a finance environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
