Chartered Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team at EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD. As a key member of our cost consultancy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across various sectors, including commercial, high-end residential, industrial, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility studies and tender reporting
  • Final account agreements and cost planning
  • Direct interaction with clients and establishing key relationships
  • Meeting fee targets and contributing to the company's growth

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
  • Relevant experience in a consultancy setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
