Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bar Team Member. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Take food and drink orders confidently.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with bartending is beneficial.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
