Additionally, you will participate in strategic financial decision-making and provide training to staff on VAT-related matters. To be successful in this role, you will have an Accounting degree or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of VAT regulations and legislations, experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit organization, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and lead a team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £49,700 per annum DOE, generous holiday leave, a supportive work environment that values learning and development, and the opportunity to contribute to a not-for-profit organization with a noble mission.
