About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety professional to join our team at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety and health, with a Nebosh Diploma/NVQ level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health and a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). You will be responsible for providing strategic day-to-day support to staff and sites in the North of the Region, within Processing, Logistics, and Energy.

Key responsibilities will include advising, guiding, coaching, supporting, and training operational managers, supervisors, safety representatives, and employees. You will also lead on Health and Safety reporting and incident investigation for the region, requiring strong data analysis and presentation skills.

We offer a competitive salary from £47,689 to £55,939, plus Car/Allowance (£7,630 - £8,344) plus up to 10% Bonus, Healthcare, and Pension alongside a range of other employee benefits. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
