Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team in Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-minded individual with a natural ability to develop relationships and create introducers to join a well-respected Financial Planning firm.

The firm provides advice across Pensions, Investments, IHT, and Wealth management and has grown consistently over the last few years.

The role would suit someone who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally, and has a strong level of technical knowledge around pensions, investments, and experience of utilising cash-flow modelling reports.

The firm offers an excellent bonus structure to accommodate advisors who are looking for a firm that really rewards strong performance and want to maximise their own earnings.

There is also good admin and paraplanning support available for the incoming advisor along with a smooth compliance process from a firm that embrace the use of technology to make the advice process easier.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
  • Valid SPS and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally
  • Strong level of technical knowledge around pensions, investments, and experience of utilising cash-flow modelling reports
