An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Ward Manager to join a leading healthcare provider based in the UK.

Job Description:

This hospital offers inpatient care for individuals requiring mental health rehabilitation, focusing on increasing recovery pathways and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage care staff
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
  • Manage staff rotas and schedules
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, relatives, and colleagues
  • Deputize in the absence of the Ward Manager
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Exhibit consistent leadership and role modeling
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a current active NMC Pin as a Registered Nurse. Senior nursing experience working within a similar setting is preferred, along with brain injury experience (training will be provided).
