Property Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Dexters Estate Agent Group. As a Property Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our residential property management services.
About the Role:- Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
As a Property Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Working closely with the Tenancy Administration team to ensure all properties are legally compliant, safe, and ready for occupation;
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle;
- Coordinating check-ins and check-outs;
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;
- Resolving issues promptly and efficiently;
- Maintaining accurate records and database information;
