About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Adviser to join our team at DYKA. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our health and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

As an H&S Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of our health and safety policies and procedures
  • Coordinating our experienced staff to ensure excellent health and safety decisions
  • Providing expert advice on health and safety matters
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance health and safety knowledge and skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
  • Experience in the civils, construction, manufacturing, or merchant industries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation
