Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Resident Support Assistant to join our care home team. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and quality of life.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess basic knowledge of food preparation and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and video call programs is also desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their hospitality, housekeeping, and catering needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the care home.
  • Assist with room checks, laundry sorting, and communal area maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of resident services.
