Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Dover. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard, paying attention to detail and ensuring all areas are spotless
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve cleaning targets and maintain a high level of service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
