A leading European manufacturer of Rolls Royce standard packaging machinery with an enviable reputation across confectionery, cereals, cheese, and frozen goods is seeking an experienced Installation & Commissioning Engineer to support customers across the UK & ROI.

Role Overview:
As an electrically biased Service Engineer, your key responsibilities will include machine installation, setup, startup, commissioning, and training.
Responsibilities include full FAT configurations, modifying existing PLCs, HMI screens to accommodate new machines, upgrading obsolescent equipment, and modernization of existing equipment.
Travel will be required across the UK, with an emphasis on the Midlands & North of the UK.
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an ambitious packaging machinery Service Engineer who enjoys traveling and is keen to build a fulfilling career with an equally committed team.
Supporting your strong work ethic will be experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in expert Allen Bradley or Siemens S7 PLC installations.
Suitable Backgrounds:
- Multi-axis robots, packaging machinery, primary or secondary packaging equipment, flow wrappers, multi-heads, carton/case erecting, and full line solutions.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, attitude, and image
- Willingness to travel
