Job Opportunity:

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Surveyor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role:
As a Senior Asset Surveyor, you will be responsible for partnering with senior management to deliver the organization's Asset Management program. This will involve managing KPIs of contractors and consultants to bring work to completion, conducting stock condition surveys and energy surveys across the social housing stock, and ensuring work is carried out to agreed specifications. Additionally, you will assist with future-proof planning plans in regards to zero-carbon modeling.

Requirements:
For this exciting role, we are looking for a candidate with recent surveying experience within the housing sector. If you have a strong background in asset management and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
