Job Title: English Specialist Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Specialist Teacher to join our team at The Southfield Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching English and Literacy to students at Key Stages 3 & 4, from September 2024.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a confident and creative teacher who can inspire and motivate our students to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for setting a vision and targets for pupil success, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback to students. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with support staff to create a fun and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach English and Literacy to students at Key Stages 3 & 4
  • Set a vision and targets for pupil success
