Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term position, initially for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work 27.33 hours per week, term-time only, and be paid £12.38 per hour pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Assist with the supervision of students during lessons and breaks
  • Provide individual support to students who require additional help
  • Help to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
