Job Title: Cash Collection Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Brightwork Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing debtor relationships and ensuring timely payments from our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on building rapport with customers and resolving disputes efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing new customer applications to ensure accurate credit assessment
  • Addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collections of outstanding accounts, minimizing debtor days
  • Ensuring accounts operate within agreed terms
