Job Summary:

Construct Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential refurbishment projects and excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee project management, ensuring cost certainty and discussing project pricing during tender meetings.
  • Prepare tender presentations and manage bid processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Estimator on high-end residential projects.
  • Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Project, Excel, Office, and Bluebeam.
  • Management experience, with the ability to lead and oversee project teams.
