Children's Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Kingston Noble. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the service, delivering the highest standards of care and support.
- Support staff in implementing individual care plans and promoting the well-being of residents.
- Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, and undertake ad hoc on-call responsibilities as required.
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children's Care (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a residential setting, particularly with learning disabilities.
