This role is ideal for individuals looking to make that first move from audit/accounting practice and/or fund administrators, with a focus on investment management. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing quarterly investor reports, assisting Fund Controllers with valuation processes, and reviewing financial reporting of the Fund's vehicles.
You will also be responsible for managing and measuring the fund's investment performance, as well as maintaining stakeholder relationships across the investment team, client services, third-party fund administrators, and auditors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have recently qualified ACA/ACCA, with experience in audit, preferably in a Big 4 firm or Real Estate. Strong knowledge of UK/US GAAP & IFRS is desirable, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
