Experienced Maintenance Engineering Professional Wanted for National Facilities Management

Job DescriptionAs a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across various sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include leading and providing a planned and reactive maintenance service, ensuring operational standards are met. You will also identify, scope, and deliver uplift and refit projects.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, including Facilities Technicians, cross-skilling colleagues, and apprentices. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A full UK driving licence
- Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualification
- 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
- Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
- Ability to demonstrate competence in building fabric tasks as identified on the fabric competency matrix
The ideal candidate will have a supervisory or managerial background and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of complex information and attention to detail are essential. We offer a competitive salary up to £47,000 depending on experience and a range of benefits, including a van and fuel card, annual holidays, employer pension, and cycle to work scheme.
