Customer Service and Food Preparation Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Food Preparation Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food products to a high standard, ensuring they meet our quality and presentation expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our store operations, suggesting ideas and initiatives to enhance customer service and sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or food preparation environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
